Lots of new shows are out I am missing most of them. But I have to watch anything Studio Trigger produces Delicious in the Dungeon is very good. Besides that here are some weekend illustrations their are a number of artist I follow online that have amazing OC’s it’s always fun to draw them.
First post for the new year. Holiday break was great caught up on some movies and prepped for the upcoming year ahead. I had some sketches and fan art sitting in a folder in my iPad I finalized the drawings.
End of the year clearing out old unfinished sketches and doing some hard drive back-ups. I had a couple of sketches from the last couple of weeks I finished up. A fun concept for Azula and Sarada as a team-up, Elphelt Valentine from Guilty Gear, a Bulma pose series and Nobara from Jujutsu Kaisen as a pose series also.
Jujutsu Kaisen S2 production continues to be amazing after a recent episode I did a sketch of Mahoraga. His design was very unique. The other night Wapeach was going around the art community I had to do a couple of pose studies of my version of the character. Also came across a fantastic designer @apple_cork on social. The artist created a series called “The Hedge Witch” there is so much life to the line work and overall design. I had to do a fan illustration based on the main characters.
Finished up a recent poster for Shin Kamen Rider. Also did a pose studies series based on Nichole Watterson from Gumball. Finally a draw this in your style based on an OC by @cobalt_requin.
Created a fan poster for an indie comic called “go go proton”. While I was in poster layout mode I created a couple of other designs one for Burn the Witch and the other androids from Dragon Ball Z.
I had a sketch of Hanabushi’s oc and wanted to do some pose studies so I used their OC for it. Also I had an unfinished Project Voltage Miku design in Clip Studio I went back to it and finished coloring the line work.
Slowly weening myself away from Star Wars drawings. Some recent Pinterest studies done in Clip Studio.
Pretty much after every episode of Ahsoka I have to draw a couple of characters. The story is fun and visually so well done. I want to clean-up a series and maybe post a small Ahsoka fanart book. Most likely I will probably save it for the end of the year artbook.
Really enjoying the Ahsoka series. Always impressed by the detail of quality that goes into the world building, the ship designs and overall VFX is just visually stunning.
Came across the Project Voltage series it’s a fun concept. A number of prominent character designers are using Hatsumi Miku and redesign-ing her to match a specific Pokemon for a daily theme. Also watched the new Invincible special the Atom Eve fight sequences were so well done.
